Terms and Conditions – MGLine Betting Platform Pakistan

By accessing mgline.pro, downloading the MGLine app, creating an account or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all services available through MGLine including sports betting, live casino, slot games, promotions and any other features made available to registered users.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and MGLine. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

MGLine reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. If you continue to use MGLine after changes are posted, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.

To register and use an MGLine account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. MGLine is strictly an adult platform and does not permit use by anyone under 18.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or any business entity.
• You must not already hold an active MGLine account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment information.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an MGLine employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account details up to date. MGLine reserves the right to close accounts where eligibility criteria are not met or where false information was provided during registration.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your MGLine account. This responsibility includes keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. You must not share your account details with any other person or allow any other person to use your account.

Account Security

If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify MGLine support immediately. MGLine will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation. MGLine is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

One Account Rule

Each player may hold only one account with MGLine. If duplicate accounts are identified, MGLine will merge them into a single account or close the additional accounts. Any bonuses, free bets or promotional credits obtained through duplicate accounts will be voided. MGLine may also withhold winnings generated using bonus funds obtained in breach of the one-account rule.

Account Verification (KYC)

MGLine may require you to complete identity verification at any time. This process may include submitting a copy of your CNIC or passport, proof of your registered payment method (such as a JazzCash or Easypaisa account screenshot) and proof of address. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of verification. MGLine is not responsible for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete verification.

Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are considered inactive. MGLine may notify you before applying any administrative fee or closing an inactive account. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with the process notified to you at the time.

All financial transactions on MGLine are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). MGLine does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.

Supported Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• MGLine does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made by JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your MGLine balance instantly or within a few minutes.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your MGLine account.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. If your account has not been verified, withdrawal processing will be held until verification is complete.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
• MGLine reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

MGLine offers sports betting markets on cricket, football, Esports, kabaddi, tennis and other sports. All bets are subject to the general and sport-specific rules set out in this section and in the rules displayed alongside each market.

Bet Placement

Bets are accepted only when you have sufficient funds in your MGLine account. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference is issued, the bet is binding. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where MGLine's cash-out feature is available and activated by you before the relevant event concludes.

Cricket & PSL Betting

Cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals and other formats — are settled based on the official match result as determined by the governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted or reduced in overs, MGLine will apply the relevant cricket rules to determine settlement. For in-play cricket betting, odds and markets may be suspended at any point during the match at MGLine's discretion.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in circumstances including: the event being cancelled before it begins, the event not being completed within the specified time window, an obvious pricing error by MGLine, or other circumstances set out in the sport-specific rules. MGLine's decision on void bets is final.

Odds Errors

If a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, due to a technical fault — MGLine reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. This applies even if the bet has already been settled at the incorrect odds. MGLine will notify affected accounts when this action is taken.

Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed in the bet slip and in the sports betting rules section. Bets will not be accepted if the potential winnings exceed the applicable maximum payout limit.

MGLine offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games or bet types are specified in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on certain markets, or bets placed at odds below a specified minimum, may not count towards wagering requirements.

Claiming Bonuses

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• MGLine may withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.

Bonus Abuse

MGLine actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a profit, using automated systems to place bets, and other patterns of play that indicate exploitation rather than genuine gaming. Where bonus abuse is identified, MGLine may void the relevant bonuses, withhold associated winnings and close the account.

MGLine is committed to providing a fair and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, closure and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Use of automated software or bots to place bets, access the platform or exploit any feature.
• Arbitrage betting carried out in a systematic way that exploits MGLine's pricing rather than representing normal recreational betting.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes in poker, casino games or any other format where player interaction affects results.
• Exploitation of errors — including software bugs, incorrectly priced markets or technical glitches — rather than reporting them to MGLine support.
• Match fixing or insider betting — placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event.
• Use of VPNs or proxy services to circumvent any restrictions applied to your account or location.
• Any attempt to defraud MGLine including chargebacks, false payment disputes or identity misrepresentation.

MGLine cooperates fully with law enforcement and relevant authorities in investigating fraud, money laundering and other criminal activity. Any funds reasonably suspected to be connected to criminal activity may be frozen pending investigation.

MGLine's live casino and slot games sections are provided in partnership with third-party game suppliers. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) and are designed to deliver fair outcomes over time. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is displayed in the game information panel.

Live Casino

Live casino games — including blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game show formats — are streamed in real time with live dealers. These games are subject to the rules of the individual game as displayed at the table. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the hand or round in progress will be resolved according to the game's disconnection policy, which is displayed in the game rules.

Slot Games

Slot games are governed by the rules of the individual game and the pay table displayed within each title. Jackpot wins and bonus feature triggers are determined by the game's RNG. MGLine does not influence game outcomes. Any technical fault that prevents a game from completing correctly will result in the round being voided and the stake returned.
